Jos' balloon flight began at Cavendish Hall, giving early views of the outlying hamlet of Stour Street
As the intrepid explorers gained height, even wider prospects opened up.
But the true beauty of the Suffolk countryside became more and more obvious as the flight progressed.
The balloon's flightpath, inevitably, took the passengers clear over the fine village of Glemsford, in all its glory.
The passengers achieved an even closer view of the area around the church.
It would not have been a flight over Glemsford without a trip to The Angel. Here is an aerial view of that hallowed establishment, showing clearly the surrounding property, including Angel House, the Ebenezer Chapel and Angel Lane.
